- Betting and gaming data: Wagers placed, game results, account balance, and withdrawal requests.
- Device and connection data: Device type, operating system, IP address, and browser type. We use this to detect fraud and optimize app performance.
- Support interactions: Chat messages, email correspondence, and support tickets. We retain these for dispute resolution and quality assurance.
